Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the suge789 platform at suge789.my, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement also encompasses the suge789 Privacy Policy and all supplementary guidelines published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the suge789 platform immediately. suge789 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These terms are written in Bahasa Melayu as the official language of communication between suge789 and its members in Malaysia. In the event of any ambiguity arising from an unofficial translation in another language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall be considered definitive.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the suge789 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. suge789 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use this platform under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual who is resident in or accessing the platform from Malaysia, and not located in any region or jurisdiction where participation in online entertainment activities is prohibited by local law.
• You must register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party, company, or other entity.
• You may not register if you have previously been banned or suspended from the suge789 platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement in Malaysia.

Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account only on the suge789 platform. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you will be required to:

• Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, Malaysian identity card number (MyKad) or passport, date of birth, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Setting a strong password (minimum 8 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and keeping it confidential.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.

Suge789 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials secure. Please contact the suge789 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Suge789 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian local payment methods only. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same suge789 member's name. Deposits from third parties — including family members or friends — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal of Winnings

Suge789 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the account has been fully verified through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Accounts must be verified with a valid government-issued ID (MyKad or Malaysian passport).
• Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Suge789 reserves the right to request additional documents for anti-money laundering (AML) verification purposes on withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.
• Standard processing times are between 1 and 3 hours on business days; withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take longer.

Bonus & Promotions

Suge789 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements and validity periods stated in their respective promotional terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• The standard rollover requirement is between 5x and 15x of the deposit and bonus value, depending on the type of bonus offered.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or directly converted to cash without first meeting the applicable rollover requirements.
• Suge789 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse or fraud by a member.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus will be considered fraud and all associated accounts will be suspended.
• The weekly cashback bonus is calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period and is automatically credited every Monday.

Game Rules

The suge789 platform offers a wide range of game categories, including table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette), video slots, Live Casino with real dealers, lottery, e-sports, and Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League and EPL. Each game category has its own rules that players should familiarise themselves with before playing.

• All games on suge789 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent auditing body to ensure the fairness of every outcome.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is available in the respective game information and has been independently audited.
• Settled game results are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault verifiable by the suge789 technical team.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, suge789 will attempt to restore the game to its last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, the bet will be voided and any credits returned.
• Suge789 reserves the right to void any round or bet affected by a technical error, software failure, or disruption beyond our control.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Suge789 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play automatically or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or multiplayer games.
• Money laundering or using the suge789 platform for any financial activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
• Making deposits using unauthorised payment methods, stolen credit/debit cards, or another person's bank account without their consent.
• Providing false information, a false identity, or forged verification documents to suge789.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors in the system to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to the suge789 support team immediately.

Privacy & Data Protection

Suge789 takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Personal information you provide during registration and use of our platform is used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
• Processing of financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Communications relating to your account, promotions, and platform updates.
• Improving the services and user experience of the suge789 platform.

 Account Suspension & Closure

Suge789 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Involvement in or facilitation of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member for responsible gambling reasons.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months consecutive without any transactions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the suge789 support team via Live Chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.

 Liability Limits

The suge789 platform is provided "as is" and suge789 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the platform or its content. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• Suge789 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform.
• Suge789 is not liable for service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Valid game results that have been settled by the system may not be disputed solely on the grounds of personal loss.
• Suge789's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Suge789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Notice of major amendments will be sent via email or in-platform notification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the suge789 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
